A block of guest rooms has been reserved with a special group rate using Group ID: 715479 in the Group ID field. Remember to use the booking code when making reservations for the room block and group rate. The cut off date for accepting reservations with this room block and group rate is 3/14/2025. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space/rate availability basis. Check in is after 4:00pm and check out is before 11:00am.

Conference Attire
Attire during the conference is business casual. Please remember to dress in layers during meetings due to fluctuation in room temperatures. Jeans are welcome on Friday for travel home.
Perfume Policy
To ensure everyone’s comfort, please keep the use of perfume/cologne to a minimum.
Cell Phones / Electronics
As a matter of courtesy to speakers and other attendees, please set all cell phones and other electronic devices to silent or vibrate mode during the conference. If you need to take a call, please leave the session to do so.
Continuing Education (CE) Credits
Pending approval from the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS), we are requesting 8.25 continuing education credits for our annual conference sessions and 7 credits for the pre-conference session.
OAMSS Member Scholarships
OAMSS is pleased to offer conference scholarships, available to OAMSS Active members. Scholarship applications are due by 2/21/2025 and must meet scholarship criteria. Please review our scholarship policy and application and submit to Genny Trevino, Scholarship Chair here.
Meals
Breakfast is included on Thursday and Friday, as well as a light breakfast on Wednesday for the pre-conference group. Lunch is included on Thursday only (pre-conference participants are on your own for lunch Wednesday). Registration
The deadline for early bird registration is 3/14/2025. Registration received after 3/14/2025 will require an additional $100.00 fee with registration.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be provided if requested in writing by 4/1/2025. Registrants who are unable to attend may send an alternate in their place. Please contact the Board with questions here.
